Fee Structure
All projects begin with initial consultations which are not billable. Veresis and the client will jointly define the scope of the project. Prior to commencement of the project, the advisor will estimate the number of hours needed, and provide the client with a description of expectations in a Project Statement.

Interim Financial Management and Part-Time (outsourced) Executive Management:
The fee is structured as a monthly retainer or can be invoiced based on actual hours worked. Prior to commencement of the mission, the advisor and the client will determine the types of duties and responsibilities, along with an estimate of the number of hours to be committed each month. The retainer amount is dependent on the mission, nature of hours, and the duration of the contract (standard duration 1-6 months).
Hourly rates vary from €100 per hour to €250 per hour.

Small Business Administrative Services
We work with an Amsterdam based administrative service company. Small Business Administrative Services are provided either at the client site, or by using web-based accounting software. Fees for these services vary depending on the type of work performed, but range between €50 - €150 per hour. |
Veresis understands its client base. We offer services to start-up companies, small businesses, and even existing businesses that are temporarily short on cash. Sometimes our services are needed most when a company cannot afford professional consultants. Veresis is always open to creative fee structures, including "in-kind" services, equity grants, etc. Please contact us for a fee discussion.
